Deep Breath

I have my house back. By the end of the weekend, I will probably have found all items which are still AWOL, and un-tupperwared the many surprised foodstuffs currently protesting in my fridge against their unprecedented plastic imprisonment.

Although can I state for the record that, OCD rampaging aside, I have actually really enjoyed seeing this friend again. But I speak only on my own behalf, as I don't know how the Kitchen Sink feels about this matter: Shiny though it may now look, I think it is probably suffering from severe abrasions and a complex. I'll be placing some unwashed mugs in there for a few hours in due course, hopefully that should ease the PTSD somewhat.

Wishing everyone a lovely weekend, do something fun. Mine looks set to involve as much sleep as possible as well as several children-focused events. I'll also hopefully find the time to stare at my new Pride and Prejudice DVD, brought back as a present from the Orchid Owners (given to me before I broke the news of their dear departed) who have actually taken the loss a lot better than I could have hoped...

PS - Trick question only for those interested in Israeli Politics: Can we guess what subliminal message Arutz Sheva are trying to send out via this article? (nb. the politics in the linked article and website do not reflect those of this blogger)

Note how in this article (Poll: Israelis Know Sharon is Corrupt, But Turn a Blind Eye) they don't mention another key finding of the sturvey that despite months and months of protests by the anti-disengagement brigade and virtually no activity (that I've noticed) by those in favour, 68.5 percent of respondents are in favour of the disengagement and just 27.6% against it.
